There is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you write, and this site is built not to collect anything. Email leaves that entirely in your hands.

What is genuinely useful to send

• A conversion that looks wrong. The most valuable message we can receive. If you have a garment in front of you whose label disagrees with what this site says, tell us the brand, the label and what you expected - that is far more informative than the published charts, which copy each other's mistakes.
• A result that does not match a professional fitting. Include both measurements and the size you were fitted for, if you are comfortable doing so. These are useful even when the calculator turns out to be right, because they show where the explanation is failing.
• Anything that is broken - a page that overflows on your phone, a control that does not respond, a diagram that does not render. Your device and browser help.
• A country whose sizing is not covered and that you can point us at a reliable source for.

What we cannot help with

• Anything medical. Pain, skin changes, lumps or new asymmetry are for a doctor. We are a calculator and are not qualified to comment.
• Which brand or style to buy. We deliberately do not stock, sell or recommend products, so a recommendation from us would be worth nothing.
• Advertising, guest posts and link exchanges. These are declined without exception; please do not send them.

Response time

This is a small site run by one person, so expect a few days. Reports of an actual error jump the queue and are usually fixed the same week - the fix and its reasoning are then reflected on the page itself.
